HMV

A sad sign of the times.
The local HMV is closing down to become a Morrison's Local.

Has a quick look today to see if there were any bargain DVDs of a gameable nature, but found something more interesting.
The DVDs have black plastic "subject dividers" - 5½ x 8½ inches or 14 x 22 cm and about 1mm thick with a white paper label at one end with a film title on it. Anyway, because they are closing imminently, they are selling them off, 2p each. Haven't tried gluing the plastic yet, but they may be useful for scratchbuilding, basing, movement trays etc.
Just thought I'd tip you off in case you have a store closing near you.

I think they are vinal and not styrene and therefore will be difficult to glue. Hopefully I'm wrong though (about the material, no the gluing).

I'll see if anything works on them this weekend - if it does it was a £1 well spent. if not, it was only a £1.
