I've always liked that AoW Necromancer, but I would most certainly snip off the scythe blade.

A more uh "medically"-oriented Necromancer could be 'Felric, Anatomist (with Servant)' from the old Magnificent Egos line (I know they have some for sale at Noble Knight Games, and I also saw one on Fantasyladen.de not sure where else).
