Actually, if you are talking about this site, it's occurred once, I was one of the people chiding you about it.

Next week my local supermarket will be having a promotion on something.

I believe Apple have some sort of new product or variation/update to an existing product next year.

There you go, now you have been teased about it twice. Turn it in to a joke in passim or nurture it as a source of grievance as you see fit.
