First game question

Hi folks.  I'm due to play our first T&T game in a couple of weeks at the local club (Guildford).  So far it all makes sense I think 

I'm planning to try the scenario in the rules, the Attack on Biyondskaya Junction, substituting the Whites for my opponent's Chinese forces.  Any suggestions on a reasonable size for the opposing armies?  I couldn't get a feel for how many units each was a sensible number for an initial 2 player game.

I think 2-3 units and a hero are a good number for your first game.
If you don't use machine guns in your first games, you can keep the units very small (say 5-8 models) and fasten the game this way. I think thats better then starting with a maximum of models and units for the beginning.

The hero will be very tough compared to the units but this way you can try and use his special abilities without to much risk!

Thanks... I'll have to experiment with troops and points.  It's always tempting to get all the toys out straight away so I'll have to resist!
