1/56 vehicles are too small...I'll second the Tamiya plastic Sdkfz 251 kit... it is the finest 28mm version of this vehicle I've seen.It is also very easy to assemble(for me)
See what I did there? lol
It all a matter of opinion.
To the OP its up to you what you think looks right

And then there's the diecast 1/50 scale option.

Plusses:

1) You don't have to build it. You may wish to repaint it.

2) It ain't 1/48 so 50% of the punterartii can't say you are wrong

3) It ain't 1/56, which rules out the other half.

4) In a fit of rage, it can be used to cause blunt force trauma to anyone fool enough to tell you it's the wrong scale. Try that with a plastic or resin kit.

Minuses, Solido tracks aren't exactly the most  accurate rendering of the actual article but.... when nobody is watching they actually turn, so you can make all the brrmm brrmm and dakka, dakka noises you like as you push your halftrack across the floor.

Yes, this is actually the point.
Noone can say that either scale is wrong or right or that vehicles are too small or too large, because 28mm is not an accurate scale.

So only thing acceptable is  "I prefer this scale because..."

otherwise I prefer the Solido proposal for hefty argumentation  :D 8)

I have four of the Tony Ashcroft 251D resin vehicles. They look good to me but I did have a problem fitting MG gunners as the body is quite tall. A mate has Warlord resin versions which just looked odd in my view.
As others have said there is no right or wrong with 28mm figures.
