Richard III the return of the king

Hi guys
here is a picture (hopefully) of my painted Perry Mins Richard III,
I am quite pleased with it especially as I was part of the conversation that brought about its creation.
Alan and I were teasing Michael about making a suitable model of Richard on the day that the documentary was to be shown...
next morning there it was

Fab stuff- some deft brushwork there. love the way you've built up the car parking space to give a stronger base. .

He-he great story. I wish I could sculpt never mind sculpt a whole vignette in one night Ally!

I've just finished painting one up myself but I'll have to wait until I post it up as it was for a client.

As soon as they are satisfied I'll post up a pic.

Very nice painting Aly,
This is the best photo I've seen so far to show how well Michael has sculpted Richard's face - based on the reconstruction (which I was lucky enough to see close up a couple of weeks ago).
Awaiting for mine to arrive - lovely 'fun' model (although a very useful figure to 'remount' and add to the ranks of my Burgundians - so 2 packs on order!).
