Where to find the Queen of Hearts?

I am looking for a "big 28" or 32mm model to use as a Queen of Hearts type character in dark Fantasy/Horror games.
Nothing quite as unusual as the McGee "Alice" versions (great though they are), but a definite nasty piece of work.

Any ideas or recommendations?

Actually I don't think she's 28mm scale.

I am fairly certain that I have seen Queen #2 once or twice on eBay.  It is a distinctive mini.

Thanks for the pointers. Some great figures there. I really like the Prudence Goodbody model, not what I originally had in mind for my Queen, but too nice to pass up and use somehow.
