Looking good. This thread is a great inspiration. Looking forward to your next skirmish battle report, I always enjoy reading those. Where are those barbarian miniatures from?

They look like Em4/mirliton Fantasy Warriors -  that is, the in-current-production version of the old grenadier sculpts by Mark Copplestone.
They are some great miniatures by one of my favorite sculpters :)

As always: great paint jobs and a cool warband!
The bases work very well even though I usually am a bit adverse to lipped bases. Now I want some barbarians for my own (shockingly similar both in concept and process) fantasy setting.

Yessir, they are from EM4. Great sculpts at a great price!

I don't usually use lipped bases but I went for it in this case. Even though the minis are not huge, the slightly larger basing makes them feel a bit more epic and imposing, which is exactly what I want for these barbarians.

It certainly works out!

I had to order some more round slotta-bases: Those guys sparked my fancy (or hoarders compulsion) in a way that I just had to add a couple of barbarians to the order as well.  ;D

Got to love Copplestone Barbarians. His 15mm ones are outstanding.

Coincidentally while digging through some old unpainted 28s for inspiration I came across a horde of these fellas that must be 18+ years old. Just in time for Frostgrave  :)
Personal blog at http://www.warchest.co.uk/
Mostly about miniature painting and collecting, mostly 15mm non-historical, but then anything goes!
