 I am looking for a merman shield transfers. Planing on making some House Manderly for some Games of thorns gaming.  Also looking for a slighly Fat knight to us as Ehter Wylis or Wendel Manderly. And a big Fat man to be carried on a litter to Represent Wyman Manderly.
I am using Perry mins mostly for my rank and file

There is probably a House Manderly crest online. Have you tried searching for the maps done by the "otherinlaw"? They incorporate crests...

But I am guessing that no one makes a Merman/Poseidon shield transfer then. Or a trident for that matter.

You can buy water slide decal pages that you can print on with an ink jet printer.
Ebay is full of suppliers and there are lots of online how-to videos.
I don't have any pics to hand, but I made a complete set of saga dice using an a4 sheet I bought off ebay and printed on, once I applied a little matt varnish to the decals/dice they have lasted well over a year of angry dice throws.
I can't imagine you would have any problems with decals for minis tbh.
