Is a home made wash: 1 part water, 1 part Future and a bit of tube acrylic paint burnt sienna colour.

Can I be so bold as to ask whaty camera you are usiong, the settings and whether the picture is cropped - nice figures and the photos are

I am using a OLYMPUS PEN E-PL1, set on an automatic Natural-Macro, with natural morning light. I tried with flash, but I don´t like the finish. I take the pic not at the shortest distance that the setting allows, but a bit further, and then I crop the pic. I feel that I get a better field deep this way. The mat is a Hotz mat for air wargaming, oversided.

Great work. You've painted a whole lot of them, so you've got quality and quantity. Something I could never manage.
