The process, after the stuff dried, took (with drying time included) about 5-6 hours. So it's extremely quick. Then I left it for 20 hours or so and then just took two good sprays of some matt varnish. It feels a bit like the hair of a short haired basset now. Which is rather strange...

The sock. Well, the hard times have forced us to eat everything possible That particular piece of sock had something stuck to it, and I decided to cut it of and boil a broth of it...

Nice simple solution; I really like this idea. Currently I don't have any 2'x2' boards- despite mainly playing skirmish games! I shall need to rectify this over the coming weeks. Your thread will serve as inspiration for this!

Snus is a vile tobacco decoction that you put under your lip in order to make you unattractive.


Here's what I used to make mine:



Stretched canvas 60x60cm. Cost me €15.
It doesn't warp. Primed and ready for acrylic caulking.
Weighs next to nothing, and even has a handle on the back. I can fit four of them in a Dimpa bag.
