As to the rulebook, content wise, everything up to the tokens is what is in the printed one. The only new content is the bobby stuff at the end. Of course, the printed book has high res images. It's a really nice book. Even with the new rules coming out, I'm not sad at all that I bought it last year. That also means I've played a few games...which is good too. :)

Now if only I could get my second starter box actually painted...

Just thought I'd say. Met some lovely people at the westwind stand yesterday at salute where they also had some rather well painted minis. It left me rather excited about EOTD.

Thanks for the the sweet too  :D

Yep, I had quick look at the painted examples on display and they look stunning especially the Exoskeleton and the Omnibus. ;D

I made a visit to the WW stand as well and chatted a lot with Andy and Ian about upcoming rules, rules design philosophy for the EotD factions and a few other things. Will post pictures and info over the next couple of days as I'm still working through the pictures and info from Salute.

I naturally had West Wind as one of the "must go to" stands on my Salute list. It was great to finally be able to meet Andy and Wendy Cooper after all these years. I've been in touch with them since they launched Secrets of the Third Reich. These two are great and very kind, I'm very happy for their Kickstarter success. I didn't get to talk too much with Wendy as she was busy attending to customers so I did not want to interrupt, but I talked quite a bit with Andy and Ian who is writing the rules for the new Empire of the Dead additions from the Kickstarter campaign and who is also working on the Secrets of the third Reich version 2 rules.

Check the blog for more pictures from the West Wind stand and demo, as well as more info on the upcoming Empire of the Dead and Secrets of the third Reich v.2.

He said he sculpted several at one time, and moved between them while doing so. So having 50 left to sculpt doesn't necessarily mean that he is taking them one at a time, but may actually have a half a dozen if not more at various stages of completion  :)

I look forward to the next update on the EotD kickstarter which was going to show off some new sculpts.
