Began slapping on some paint, first off with Ormond's men.




Not great pictures but still getting use to my new, gloomy games room.

Nothing special yet, armour, skin and the beginnings of the livery. I've also tried to be more inventive with the poses, to avoid duplicates in my collection (that'll be hard soon!)








The man swinging his poleaxe will be Ormond himself, so i made sure his armour was nice and bright. The others will have duller armour, of course.

Although i need only 12 men and 12 Irish for the Battle, i'll make some more so i can use them for skirmishes. I read Ormond took some ships and raided Warwick at Calais some months before Mortimer's Cross, perfect for some small scale raiding.
Need to start making some Irish soon, anyone selling Wargames factory Numadians? 

Also, how do i change the name of the topic? I would like to change the name so people know what's going on at a glance.
