I'd very much like to see some of the Mongols three ups etc in a close up before I pass on my opinion. From what I can see they do look pretty good.

So, who's going to to the Battle of Kalka River then??? (I'm too buisy!)

Can't wait for these. I enjoy Mongol history but as with Fireforge's other sets it's their usefulness for fantasy gaming that excites me!

Exactly! One of the owners (I assume) showed me a ton of pics on his laptop at the show and it was possibly the most exciting Salute advance peek for me

I'll be watching for all of the horse hooves to be off the ground before they loose their respective arrows though...... nah, just kidding

. I would prefer to see them on the smaller Steppe Ponies but hey! you can't have it all.

I think I'll be looking to buy some of these when they are released as they look to be the best Mongol miniatures out there at present IMHO
