Really nice. I've got also some demonworld minis, and I was thinking about playing some warrior heroes: legend city scenarios in 15mm scale, since building a decent city in 15mm is simplier, faster and cheaper than in 28mm...

The thing is that I'd have to find some matching minis for my 28mm ral partha heroes  :D

Man, those minis are so well sculpted for 15mm, great paint jobs on the dwarves and undead. Do you have any terrain? I would really like to see these guys on a table top. Btw, painting all the way, dipping is fine but not as satisfying (and I really like your painting style).

Cheers,

Thanks for the kind comments guy.

@Damien I agree with what your saying about painting. Just the dragon was dipped. rest done in my usual style. I'll try and take some pic's with them by terrain.

I started with 15mm fantasy skirmish a few years back but haven't done much because Demonworld were the only fantasy human 15's I could get and they were expensive - especially when you want to avoid duplicate minis in your warband, like me. To offer those skirmish packs is a good move from Partha, I'll get the one or the other for sure!

Anybody started rebuilding his 28mm scale terrain pieces in 15mm yet?
"I'd like to send this letter to the Prussian consulate in Siam by aeromail. Am I too late for the 4:30 autogyro?"
"Uh, I better look in the manual... This book must be out of date. I don't see "Prussia", "Siam" or "autogyro"...

The Ogres are the FINEST of additions to your Project...GREAT  brushwork on a couple of personality rich characters. VERY WELL DONE!

@Jevenkah Thank you, I'm a fan of your's as well. Love the Fantasy Warriors range and your conversions aretop notch.

@DeafNala  They do have a lot of character and I felt they had to have proper ogre names instead of ogre 1 & 2. I'm finding the whole range so far a joy to paint.

This piece is from Ziterdes a German company that does 25/28mm terrain in hardfoam. I picked this up a few years back from Nobel Knight games but didn't do anything with it. While looking at it recently it seemed to me that it would fit/scale well with 15mm. In the picture are 15mm Demonworld Empire figures and a Demonworld Ogre. I think it works well. Checking Ziterdes site it appears the piece is oop now which is a shame. Rough dimensions on it are 12 x 8 x 4 inches.

what impresses me most is the fine choice of the miniatures around. For 15mm scenery, i can just link to you a couple of articles, and to check the works and the blog of Relic (http://www.lead-space.net), a good fella here on LAF

That is a TERRIFIC scene...minis in a "natural" setting always seem to look better. The scenery piece fits the 15s perfectly. One of the advantages of the smaller pieces is that they can use scenery that appears too small for the 28s. GOOD FIND & a GREAT PAINT JOB!

@Sangennaru thanks for the links, I'm going to use them when I get around to building some fences.

Thanks Deafnala, It is an advantage with the smaller scales. Noticing a lot of different figures and terrain from various company's that I wouldn't have before I started this project.
