Sadly, there are none in 28mm.

Interesting piece, haven´t seen that one before. If you would take a Bren gun and snap off the magazine and handle it would be quite close. Company B have some:

Not sure if one exists but I'd look at anyone who produces a Pancho Villa range, Brigade, OG etc. The US Army used them at the time and they were a big factor in the raid on Columbus in 1916.

There range of Americans is pretty sparse a the moment. With only 2 rifle section and a command section as of now. No word as of yet when they will make the hotchkiss.  At least as of the last time I asked them last November
