A nice 40k face off!  Those elder are super smooth...and the marine vehicle is great.

Cheers,

I like my Elder clean and tidy, great job. Nice Action shot for the Marines, also a great job.

The closeup of the abdomen armor sold me! The shades of blue are fantastic...!

Great work both. I like the color scheme and the sharp accentuated armor of the eldar. Perhabs some critism on the Storm is allowed? I love the color scheme especially the yellow contrast color. But I was frightened when I saw different company badges on the vehicle, Great Companies of Eric Morkai and Logan Grimnar. Also in my opinion the Scouts look too young. Wolfscouts aren't rookies as in other Space Marine Chapters but experienced Astartes who join the Scouts after years of service as Bloodclaw.

Eldar versus Space Wolves, wouldn't have guessed this face off. Those wolves look good, the way they are positioned really adds a feeling of action to the picture. I like the addition of all the markings on the Landspeeder as well.

Thanks guys, I enjoyed painting the Eldar very much and would like to paint some more of them in the future (some guardians and some aspect warriors as well). Although in the end I got fed up with doing the highlights on the suits/armor, so it might be a while before I paint another set :D

@Raz: thanks for the kudos, it's a true honor to lose against such an extraordinary picture. The moment I saw it I knew I had no chance, the paint job is fantastic and so is the photo, truly spectacular. Congratulations from a defeated wolf  ;) My tough luck, there were plenty of other pics in this round against which I probably stood a better chance..

@everybody else: thanks for your comments, and yes, I might have got confused with the company markings, I am a 40k aficionado but not to such an extent... apologies are in order, I guess

Thanks for the compliments, if we lived closer by one another we could do a rematch on the tabletop :)
