Hi all
After someone mentioned The good, the bad and the ugly, I remembered that we played the scenario based on The Magnificent Seven a few months ago with a Mexican twist. We used LOTOW rules and the town was mine and the figures were a mix of the players.
The town. Note the civilians who the Mexican player placed right at the front of the town. They got the first few drops so the civilians rushed out the meet the Mexican horde and eventually got slaughtered.
The Mexicans. They basically rushed straight towards the town in one big mass.
The lone gunman. Him and a couple of others stood out in front shooting Mexicans as fast as they could, making them dive for cover. In one turn the lone gunman fanned and killed 3 Mexicans!
Civilians under assault from the Mexicans
Some of the defenders. Once the Mexicans got into range they started to take a few losses from the guys in the town.
The attackers sneaking around the sides.
At this point they had killed 5 of the 12 civilians and needed one more but were close to taking Head for the hills tests. So the Mexican player slipped around the side and then when they won the drop, got the civilians to climb over the wall (to outside the town), where they got killed up by the waiting Mexicans. A bit cheesy by the Mexican players but we couldn't find anyway to stop this.
