Been spending my sparce modeling time on building some prettier subsititutes for warhammerquest:

The wife is planning some Hobbying of her own so maybe the get a coat of paint somewhere the next couple of weeks...

I very much like the bases for the conjurers with the undead coming from the ground. Idea saved on my to do drive

Yeah the mantic zombies are awesome for that... only thing I have used them for yet

That basing is inspiring. I've been hoping to build an undead skirmish force, and the Mantic undead bursting out like that will look great. Thank you.

OOOOH! You've got LOTSA COOL STUFF in the works. I also have moments when getting things all converted, based upped, & primed is a very satisfying activity...sometimes the "moment" lasts for months. Have FUN with whatever The Spirit moves you to do!

Thanks Deaf! At the moment when I can get some minutes to spend on the Hobby i'm usually to tired to really paint

but building and basecoating gives me a buzz and I can do it half asleep

Just basecoated my uruk-hai I converted months ago

Sure its from the Warhammer plastic giant set. Got it in a bits sale... going to use it in LOTHS one day
