Sometimes folks ask about what kind of changes they have to make to Pulp Alley to play big multi-player games. And the only thing I suggests is, use a slightly larger table. :

Here are some photos from a demo-game we ran for 6 first-time players ---
6 players
6 sides
6 full leagues
6 turns in 2.5 hours
Tons of fun!
Special thanks to Joshua for setting this up for everyone...
The set-up for the 'Lost Keys' scenario works really nicely for these larger games...
Mila watches the action and helps explain the rules and they go along...
They didn't waste any time getting into the spirit of Pulp Alley action...
"Do you dare to play a PERIL on me?!"...
"Hmmm... which PERIL is about to be unleashed?"...
Whichever player currently controls the Initiative acts as a mini-gamemaster and helps keep the action moving...
Completing the Major Plot Point on the last turn of the game. Victory is oh so sweet!
Most memorable quote -- "I had stopped playing miniatures games because they were so slow and tedious, but this game is fast and fun!"
