The trailer is up for the new TV series:

Some of the fight scenes and Victorian setting look interesting.

Some bits look great and others look like a cheesy soap. It might be interesting as more inspiration for EotD/IHMN if the first part will be dominant, but I fear they would have shown more of it in the trailer if it was.

Unfortunately not on NBC. Network TV is still fairly chaste. If it had been Starz or HBO then yes.

I think it looks fun, similar style to the recent Sherlock Holmes movies. Hopefully good enough to get the DVD.
