I will have to finish a game in progress before I can clear the table , I,ll try to post the town sometime next week. Meantime some pics of a scout and a gunslinger. I hav,ent varnished any of these figures yet.

Very nice - I really like the way the basing material covers the side of the bases, too. Makes me wish I'd done the same.

Yes Supercollider I use a mix of emulsion paint and sand which hardens like concrete and then paint a sort of muddy brown. When that dries I dry brush with different shades . I was aiming for a dry/ arid look. A long time ago I went in for elaborate basing but now I look at the base as I would a frame round a painting, a simple frame dos,ent distract the eye from whats on the canvas. Another figure - " Go ahead punk , make yer play"
