If some poor devil should fall victim to the effects of 'Mesmerise' during the movement phase, do they resolve their attack, shooting or fighting, immediately during that same phase?

Makes sense that they would do it pronto, only the question came up last night during our first game.

In the playtests we resolved it immediately, then the figure stands there dazed by the horror of their actions.
