I used moddler.com and had them do the finishing/cleaning as well.  Its a little more expensive I think that the other palces, but the quality is bar none.

What modeling software did you use?

I used to be fairly good with 3D Studio and Lightwave once upon a time.

Very nice model and print.
I look forward to seeing more.

Got the 3D print today, and it's awesome!  I've very excited to get it cast up.   Here are some pictures with an assortment of minis. A GZG NAC and GZG NI, a Khurasan Miniatures Insurgent and a Rebel Minis Shular.
