I'm painting up some of Artizan's Arab Revolt stuff but need a mounted Arab leader.
None of the Artizan cavalry work for a leader (for me) and I'm having difficulty finding useful figures for conversion from other ranges.
I've integrated the Lawrence figure on a camel into a camel unit so don't want to duplicate it.
I need something that looks suitable wild and romantic.
Anyone think of owt?

Redoubt enterprises do a march or die range...mainly Berbers and Tuareg. Unfortunately the images for the figs are either line drawings or non-existent for the mounted warriors...but worth a look maybe

There are some useful figures there but their website seems to be wonky...but if you email the enquires address at the top of the page Trevor will get back to you

Have you checked out:

Perry Sudanese, Bashi-Bashouks and Crusades
Gripping Beast Moors
Warhammer Desert Dogs
Brigade Games Mamluks
Old Glory Crusades
Foundry has an arab type among their Crimean Bashi-Bashouks? Personally I used one of their Afghan Mounted tribesmen as the my version of The Raisuli! ( these come with loose swordarm so you can position them suitably)

not exactly clear to me what You are looking for
mounted on camel or horse? Arab, Berber or Afghan, what time period? Or how do You want him to look like?

1920's
Preferably in a keffiyeh, however not necessarily as I can convert
There is a nice figure in the Perry Sudan Cavalry command of a bloke with his arms in the air holding a swrod and a scroll, so pose wise, something dynamic
