Well, I thought they might make plastic frockoated troops with a variety of hats.  As well as the Iron Brigade,a a lot of units wore them on both sides,including Black regiments and some Artillery units reformed as Infantry.  Optional shoulder scales?

Time for Perry's to do some metal Iron Brigade, Berdan Sharpshooters, and command in Frock Coats to round out their line.

Agreed! I meant Federal Command in Frocks to lead their pack in frocks...I know they do CS command in Frocks. Other than that it's an outstanding line.

Incidentally I just bought some Redoubt ACW and some of their extra head packs out of curiosity (I needed some command in shell jackets for my Foundry New Yorkers in shell jackets). They are pretty nice and indeed compatible with Foundry's ACW which are classic. Worth a look.

Finally received the Redoubt heads. I cut of the hats and glued them on the Perry figs. It is a lot of work so I can't imagine me doing 4  complete units. I think I'll finish at least this one though. Quite happy with the result..
