the more different the genre of these entries get, the more difficult is it to judge. But I actually like this, because it forces You to look even closer and for more criterias!

Fabulous scene GemGames - great work with the lighting, and you can't normally go wrong with Thrilling Tales figures :)
Although it doesn't seem to be working as things stand :(

There again, those Rohirrim are very tidily turned out  :)

Thanks guys! And congratulations to Old Coast on a wonderful entry! Just jaw droppingly great!

The figures are indeed Artizan Thrilling Tales (as Capt. Blood recognized), and the machinery is an old Ral Partha AD&D Ravenloft set (11-121 Assorted Life Energizers).
