As most of you might know; World at War is the 1st rulebook written by me that actually got published.
After working as a play tester on countless books and games it was about the time! ;-)
The book is a joined venture of Matt Sprange and me. The rule section of the book – page 5-34 - is written by him.
Some of the advanced rules (Night Fighting, Parachute Deployment, Retreat, Vehicles and Shooting with vehicles) are from me.
All the rest (page 41-140) is also from me.

The book also features many pictures of miniatures from my and Tom Weiss collection.
Unfortunaltey during the layout process it was decided to publish the book in B&W.
IMO a real shame! :wink: (maybe I am biased here...)

I have just finished the Pacific War supplement and mailed it to Mongoose.
Currently I am working on a vehicle companion to be published under the open content agreement, after that...

The game was designed with 28mm minis in mind, it works even better with 20mm (the ranges look more believable).

Basically you can use the rules for everything that is individually based , since all measurements are taken from the middle of the mini.

If you go for 10 or 15mm I recommend using cm instead of inches.

No doubt but all of my Weird WWII troops are all 28mm as is the terrain so I want to be able to reuse those figures.
