Expect a flood of orders. Better cast a version without heads for conversions

one way around - at least for a short trial period - could be you contact Cuprum on those figures, you want.
Cuprum sends you a bill - with a copy to me - and you pay to my PayPal account, and he then sends the goods to you.
I do not know, how much costs will be involved from PayPal, costs to withdraw the money from PayPal to an EU-account and what else problems can arise.
The cost sending money to Russia via Skrill (Moneybookers) are negligible, and it is still th easiest way to deal with Cuprum.
