Modern adjustable warehouse
« on: June 05, 2013, 08:44:01 AM »
This looks like a cool Kickstater. Need a warehouse/office/secret lair or anything else you can make it

Looks pretty nice in the video and pretty big for the medium size.
Look into it

Looks useful.  Those 4-way connectors are the neat bit, and would work with a lot of materials.

International postage is a bit of a pain though - £40 on a £65 package :(

Very nice but the postage is way to much for my taste.
Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.

Considering the weight of the stuff it is not so bad. I might be biased because I pay international postage on all my hobby purchases though...

I met the guy who is running this at the Maker Faire in Ann Arbor, MI. I watched as kids and adults alike moved walls around, pulled pillars and rebuilt the model. IMO, a solid guy with a very solid product. I backed the KS and am looking forward to getting my hands on my pledge reward!

YW I think now that it is funded I might up pledge even though it's suppose to be a warehouse I might use it for a few other things too.

Great but as already said shipping costs will preclude me. Great shame.   :-[

Damn if I had the money I'd have backed this.  I do hope it's eventually commercially available.  Could find a ton of uses for this.  Slick stuff.

Same here, 'cause besides the shipping costs we risk import taxes too...  :'(

Im hoping a UK supplier will pick up on this and we can get it without terrifying postage costs or the risk of the revenue!
Smile!  It's not that bad!

Met the originators of this kickstarter here in Ann Arbor.  This is the real deal.  Well made, it looks good, and at the higher pledge levels you get it sanded and stained.  Designed with 28 mm models in mind, it opens up nicely so that you can have a larger space or a smaller one defined by the walls.  A great find!
