As Elbow says: "pics or it didn't happen
". Right, I had a test game of DMH down at my gaming club tonight and it was quite enjoyable, even though I got soundly whooped. The game played as fast as I anticipated but need to get used to the cards for an ever faster game experience.
We played the three scenes in The Good, The Lead and the Ugly, he played Desperadoes and I played Outlaws.
In the First Scene I had the lone Gunslinger facing his three drunks, the won initiative, his guy squinted against the sun, took aim and blew my Gunslinger's head off! (Natural 20!) We both laughed quite hard at that.
In the Second Scene he made some good rolls, and put double barrel shotguns to good use so I lost also this one. While I was excelling at rolling Natural 1's (two in one round!)
The Third Scene we didn't manage to finish, but he probably would win that one as well. The main moment in this was when my hidden rifleman charged his Killer on a roof, bashed his head in and kicked the Killer off the roof. Only to be shot from behind in the next second by one of his guys that had climbed up.
