Calgary Comic Expo.
« on: April 29, 2013, 05:29:53 AM »
A big thanks to all the guys who stopped by the booth to play games and gab about all things eldritch. And a big shout out to all the new Cult Of The Black Goat members! A great time! I (again...) didn't take any pictures but I'm pretty sure Darth James got a few...with any luck he will post them...after his post-con crash... :`

I have a few of us playing demo games with some new Cult of the Black Goat recruits...
I'll post them up some time this week.

Thanks to everyone who dropped by the booth to play games, say "Hi" or to see the new stuff for this year. Good times!

Here's a couple pics of the Strange Aeons booth at Calgary Comic Con this year.  Thanks to everyone who stopped by whether to say hello, see what's new since the last Con, play a game or just stopped to chat. Oh, and welcome to all new Cultists!

Pillars! :-*
I'm so glad to be part of this cult! ;D

Seriously, nice booth. Always good to play a few games in your home town, yeah?

Cheers.  The pillars also double as the stock racks where the rulebook and Shocking Tales expansions can be displayed along with the miniature packs.  They are way too big to transport to Vancouver for example, but at any local event they do double duty.  The booth is very open so that people are encouraged to come in, take a closer look and we can usually fit a good size crowd in when there is a demo game going on.

It should be noted that the fellows running the booth in the photos are as follows:

Thanks again guys for all your help...and thanks to the guys from Trilogy who watched our booth when I had to run home after ripping the seat out of my pants on the first day. Seriously, this actually happened... :?
