Anybody here play aeronef?

I just painted the ones I had, in April. A mixture of Wessex Games, Brigade Models & Irregular

Looking good.
Mine are mainly sitting waiting for a warm sunny day to get them undercoated.

Very nice Auton - especially the paint job on the Japanese.
I collect Aeronef, but have no opponents on the island. Trying to get someone interested in playing when I have some free time. I'm currently building what I called a Vander Wellin fleet - the worst, lowest down, nastiest air-types collected in one big fleet.   :)

Very nice Auton.

Your fleets are yet another source of inspiration for me to buy some nefs.
I particularly like the design of the Irregular nefs - for a change I actually find myself preferring the design of Irregular over other manufacturers!

Wow. I need to make another order with Ian :-)

Edit: What section of the site are those 'Nefs in? I can't seem to find them in the 2mm section

I 've just been searching for them too. Found them in the 6mm section  :?  - on the Science Fiction and Space Ships page.

Thanks

Auton, these fit well with the Brigade Models figs even though they are listed as 6mm?

Yes they scale well, as you can see I've used the same bases throughout

Very nice. The good thing about Aeronef is the ease of putting a fleet together.

Auton, is the long flat Nef (I think it's called Britannic) in the second picture from Wessex Games? I can't seem to find it on the website. I could do with a couple of those to convert to aircraft carriers.
Don't!

Yes it's a Wessex ship. They have some that aren't currently available (including the Xenephon gunships) but if you email Steve there he might be able to help you out

Awesome,

Been playing Aeronef over here in Australia .  (Japaneses, American, German and a newly arrived Russian fleet now available for deployment)

Next mission is the invation of the red planet .
Any ideas on who makes suitable Alien ships to represent indiginous life on Mars?   Looking for 2 distinct types.  One more humanoid one more giant squid or some such.
