One small point Col Womack: Faraday Coat + Arc generator = shocking idea 

As soon as the Arc generator tries to transmit electricity to a nearby Arc device it would instead earth through the Faraday Coat

That is the Automaton Master from Parroom Station. There are several other figures out there that I like at least as much for Herr Doktor, but this is the one I have so for now, he's the Mad Belgian.
