What is it?

Will threads with games following economic or social collapse be accepted?

with "Mad Max" as example in the board header, I believe "following economic or social collapse" pretty much hits the nail  :) ;)

just go ahead

September 2015, a GURPS campaign

Well then, I'll be switching gears a bit. ;)

Alright, I'll post my two pieces of inspiration.

The idea originates in a thread on the Weapons board of 4chan, (I know.... I know....) I plan to adapt this to a campaign and setting for GURPS. My cannon fo---- I mean players.

I will eventually try to incorporate minis in some way. (Any ideas appreciated)

SO FAR:

Setting
-September 2015
-Western CT (i.e. Danbury, CT/ Bethel, CT)

I have material written for session one, which will be Days 1-7, ending in the early morning of Day 8 due to..... stuff.... and things.....

The first session consists of buying supplies, avoiding riots and police officers. Understandably, things like guns and food will be all but unavailable after a certain day, with guns most likely becoming a very rare purchase after day 1.

The premise of the campaign is to have the player's survive in a world beset on all sides by wacko racists, wacko government, and survivalists. It's set in my local area IRL, with people playing as themselves.
