Tamiya 1:48 Russian SU122 Tank Destroyer

No I haven't posted in the wrong forum........this is purely historical, rather than my normal "Weird" take on things!!! ( That's not to say it won't be used for Weird War gaming!!)

Any how, I've got quite a collection of unpainted WW2 vehicles and minis and I've had this 1:48 Tamiya SU122 kicking around for a while.





Now where did I put those tank-riders....?

PMN, about the weathering: do you apply the dark brown on the white or vice versa?

Hammershield: I always build up my stuff "Clean" to start with and then weather it afterwards ( applying scuffs and rust last).

This has always been my favorite Soviet assault gun, and the winter white my favorite camo (because it gets so dirty). So well done!

Tamiya's 1/48s are very nice but rediculously expensive. That die cast lower hulk which is part of most kits really muct jack up the prices.
