Do wish to hear a bit more about his brother(?), though I don't recall any siblings in either the original book, or Frasier's delights.

That's because he is from the Flashheart family (as per the Blackadder Goes Forth TV series) rather than a relative of that rotter Flashman :)

These are definitely not a "bad crowd" - more shades of grey than out and out black. They wage an unofficial war against enemies of the Empire and British Society.

Love those bobby's on bikes. Where they from? Home-made or bought? Love the way you've got them walking with them so you can use the same mini mounted or unmounted. Genius. I know technically you'd have to leave the bike in the spot you dismount but if you were playing against me I'd be happy to let that slide. Maybe the bobby is walking along using the handlebars to steady his pistol/carbine aim. If you're in melee I see him as leaving it just outside the melee so he can pick it up as soon as he's done. A strong bobby might even pick his bike up and use it as a large melee weapon.  lol

New company looking good too.  :D

edit: Forget that question. I just looked at the pic again and you've already said where they're from. lol

Very cool, I love those shooting club figures. Not sure why I haven't bought them yet.

I actually bought them for a VBCW force. This project has forced me to actually paint some and the rest will alsohave to be painted in time for a VBCW at Christmas :)

I know, I know, but I can't help it. I can't stand watching Atkinson for more than a few seconds. And I find those few seconds damned uncomfortable. Alas, many's the ref I shall never fully understand.

My Tong are definitely becoming 'bad'.  At least, the lady; I suppose the Boxers are noble patriots. You know. Tools. :D

The Porterhouse School has me inspired. I just watched two classic St Trinian' s films as well. So...

Any ideas where to find Victorian school girls? The teachers should be easy through Foundry Victorian civilians.

None that I've found. My best suggestions would be:

1  - Finf siutable 'schoolgirl' figures in shirts/blouses that you like (e.g from Hasslefree) and then get out the greenstuff to extend their skirts

2 - Look at wild  West and Victorian ranges for figures of armed ladies in long skirts and blouses, then head change them (e.g. using heads from Crooked Dice or the Hasslefree (for which you would need to greenstuff hair worn as a bun or somesuch))

These figures from Crooked Dice might be useful http://www.crooked-dice.co.uk/wp/product/time-lost-investigators/

Some sound advice.   The search begins!

Will certainly need a head swap to have matching looking Miss Griffin and her brother.

I've had a lot of fun developing this company. Just 3 or 4 more figures to add: mentor, medic, another junior and maybe a close combat 'heavy'.  I'm hoping they fight well to do justice to the work I've put in on them.

I think maybe a group of "Hoppers" and a "Bully" could be called for.

As for the Females. Facing a horde of lacrosse and hockey stick armed scamps. No thanks!

I played against the Girls hockey team at my school. They were Nuts!

Hmmm? Crooked Dice do one don't they?

I'm off on my hols for a week, but when I come back it shouldn't be long before I post photos of a couple more figures from this company plus the company list :)
