how do foundry german paratroopers match up with artizan?

how do foundry german paratroopers match up with artizan? thinking about doing a Crete skirmish level game, using artizan but i rather like the foundry ones too and they have alot more early step in smocks

The foundry ones are smaller.

The FJ in the center of each pic is Foundry, left & right are Artizan.



The Foundry ones seems slimmer to me, though similar in height.

In my experience, they fit in nicely!

I got several lots in buys here on LAF, with a mix of manufacturers. For instance, I got the Foundry MG34 gunner that Amalric showed in his first comparison shot, but not the team member. So I did a slight correction in base hight for the gunner and a small conversion to an Artizan miniature to be the supporting team member. And as you can see, they match up perfectly:

yeah i think they work well! i like the early smocks they have on they will be top of my purchase list!, thanks for the pics guys!

I really like the Foundry stuff. Sculpted by Michael Perry, too. I have some of the Heer.

The FJ have those cool drop containers and the almost never seen in miniature early smocks/knee pads. So tempting...  ;D
