Wish I had more minis painted to contribute, I don't have a single drop of purple paint in my whole collection. :L
Good cause, I'm glad to see we have this accepting of a community!

And thus I posted my first miniature picture on Lead Adventure.

That is a great first picture.  :)

@syrinx0, love the purple shaggoth and the picture itself is really nice piece.

@maxxev, really like that swamp beast.

@Mason, the cult is great!

Sorry to hear that Spooktalker. My Wife and I are on our local Walk to End Alzheimers and have a first hand knowledge of this disease.

Your figures are beautiful!  What range are they from?

Thanks! And sorry to hear you have first hand knowledge of it. The figures are Warmachine Cryx.

Spooktalker, your Cryx paint scheme is the most beautiful I´ve ever seen and so is the execution of the job.
Thanks so much, you're too kind! :D Really like the purple babes you'e done!

Spooktalker whats your flesh receipe for those cryx babes!

Deneghra is done going up the P3 flesh steps from Idrian Flesh base through Khardic Flesh to Midlund Flesh and then adding something lighter like Menoth white highlight. At the time I didn't have the lightest flesh tone, Rhyn Flesh, but I do now. The P3 fleshes are pretty pink so if you want a bronzy look you need to mix in something like GW Bronzed flesh or some other orange or brown, and/or glaze with a flesh wash. The witches are done similarly but toned down a lot with neutral tones. I probably started by mixing Idrian flesh with a gray like P3 Bastion Grey and then adding Midlund flesh to that.

Hah - I love the look on his face: "Hello Mr Dragon, don't mind me, I'm just drawing my sword..."
Agreed, great expression!
