Ah good to see I'm not the only one working to make the club all the more exclusive.  lol

The PPC is actually less exclusive than the Ancients Painting Club which has accepted a mere 30 members. PPC attracts all sorts of rabble of questionable character and repute, which is just the way it should be and thus there are more of us.

I'm still gutted I didn't get my Ancients entry done in time, though I now have 18 gladiators totally finished thanks to the painting club. I hope this carries on to other boards, it's brilliant.

Woo hoo!  :D I think I have figures for about 2/3 of the boards; looking forward to it.

To be fair, I reckon the last few places should be for those who have not already placed an entry.

I have to disagree.

People, if you have freshly Pulp miniatures you want to post I strongly encourage you to do so immediately.  We started several weeks ago and the limitation to post one miniature a day has given people plenty of time to paint and post. The purpose of these club is to gently prod people to join in a project, share their oeuvres. But there is also a soft crack of a tender bull whip involved.

We have over 50 contributors/members so far which I think is great.

 lol
Fair point, sir.
I consider myself chastised, bullwhip or not!
 :D

Even more great entries to this
rabble of questionable character and repute

Great inspiration.
Not many spaces left now.....

Party girl with a knack for danger.

My crappy photography has washed out the colours. Will likely re-shoot in sunlight.

I like her, who's the manufacturer?

Is basing a requirement in the rules?

This close to the finish, if it isn't a strict requirement I'd photograph and be damned!   ::)

It is not strictly stated in the rules, it is more a question of how a gentleman painter comports himself on LAF. ;)

I take that as a compliment.

Is it my laptop or is the image of that trapper rather out of focus?

Anyway, I though I'd show you, outside the tally, of course, what I had i mind with my first entry and the later Mother entry. The Brigade Game Atomic Café hillbillies and chimp is a great piece but not all that useful outside the AC context. Therefore I converted and painted the matriarch and made the rocking chair so that it could be carried by her inbred kin.

This I can use for various settings.
