Gaslamp Canal Barge...

This is big enough to take figures in the Cab and the loading bay...  The cab doors are only 30mm high

Very nice indeed. Is it a scratchbuild?

Fantastic paintwork on the beast. Is that freehand, custom decals, or something else I haven't thought of?

Great barge, too. Scratchbuilt or is this a new lasercut kit like some of the other great stuff you've just posted?

(as a random aside, this is why it's great to occasionally pop into the random other sub-forums here at LAF. I'm not a Gothic Horror gamer, as such, but there's neat stuff tucked away in here!)

Thanks for the comments.

All freehand painted.

Its a lasercut kit soon to be available.

Bellow is my fav' picture, I didnt see the reflections in the 'water' - gloss black card till I looked at it on screen.

Great timing as I was thinking of how to make some barges to put a Company together for IHMN based on a group controlling the waterways.  :)

Wow, that is exceptional.
Very well done, that man!

Laser cut?  Really?  It looks too good to be LC...
(obvoiusly, not a huge fan of the LC...)

Wonderful paint job.
Great work.

All I can do is echo the other comments- great painting. You obviously put a fair bit of research and thought into the colours and composition of the artwork as the barge looks exactly like the restored barges you see on the canals today.
