They are certainly workmanlike even if they don't cause me to froth, but only two horse variants again?  :(

It's the same horses he uses for the majority of his ranges, so there are three variants, clearly only two pictured though.

As a personal thing, I find his sculpts a bit boring but reliable. My Saxon troops are all Crusader for example but my character figs are varied. Speaking as a caster, pretty much anything sculpted by Simmsy is a breeze to work with :)
So many projects..... so little time.......

Fair point - thanks for putting me right. You'd think he'd get a few more options done if he's using them so frequently though.

Incredible army building figures. They paint up great, look good in a unit and generally do what you need. They're chunky look in photos generally looks great on the tabletop as well. First stop when starting a new project with forces greater than 10-20 figures.

I think a seperate spear would have been better for 'queeny' rather than the spiked caber she is holding...... ;D
