I'll second the HG resemblance. Where's it from?

I dont know where it is from, that is the issue. :-)
But seriously, i found the pic while searching my new obsession Scopedog's on Google.
Cant believe that no one has done any Votoms/Scopedogs on Shapeways. WTH mecha fans, what is the hold up?

I think it's an AT-43 model which sadly was never released.

It was a concept figure that the folks at Rackham produced for a scifi game before they developed AT-43 sadly it never went into production.

All the best!

Drag the image into Google Image Search.

That's like a good combination of Heavy Gear and Front Mission. Somebody should release these!

Fusion models do a couple of nice ones in a couple of scales - this one 1/200 but big enough for 15mm (if you like I'll dig out the one I have and take a couple of photos) http://store.dp9.com/product_info.php?products_id=32 and a really nice 1/35 model http://store.dp9.com/product_info.php?products_id=31

I would have sworn it was from Jovian Chronicles or Mekton but it is indeed an unreleased model from Rackham, shame.

Sometime before the very end of Rackham, a new unreleased Mecha game was put under development, as a desesparate attempt to develop a new brand. There was a single prototype to be seen, one that was close to more classic mecha designs. Does that ring a bell to anyone ?
