I think we use the term molly bolts, but I usually think of the toggle bolts that expand at the back/behind the hole.

Sure. 

Feet: GW paint bottle lids.
Legs: Different kinds of rawlplugs.
Tubes from the main body to the legs: Skewers.
Main body Upper part: A styrofoam ball, cut in half.
Main body Lower part: Skewer bottle lid.
Raised metal area on main body: Just some cut paper.
Eyes: Plastic base parts of figures from the Doctor Who Adventures magazine that I still had lying around.

I don't know if this list is any help, because I just took some random components from my own stuff, but anyway thanks for your comment.
