Reaper Black Orcs
« on: August 22, 2013, 08:16:50 AM »
These are metal miniatures from Reaper and were sculpted by Tre Manor. They were really easy to paint and loads of fun as well.

The fur on the second guy could have been better and the basing is minimal, but as these are simply being sold at tabletop price I didn't want to spend much time on them. Despite the quick paint job, I'm fairly pleased with them.

Nice! You have to buy some of Tre's stuff from his shop :)

Very well done. Great choice of colors and nicely painted. You're getting better with each model you paint.
Tre has a great way of sculpting, I enjoy his models a lot.

Cool. I really like these orcs, I used them as a conversion for dragon ogres.

Very nice painting there, good strong colours. And the background certainly ensures you remember them ;)

I promised myself I'd use The Word less, but the Big Guys are REALLY COOL! I love the red armor & the furs. Fast paint job or not, they are VERY WELL DONE!

Very nice job even if quickly done. Which I doubt.

I agree with the above that your skills are advancing quickly!  These look great with excellent bold color choices and well executed highlighting.
