Najewitz 1:72 for 28mm or 15mm?

Can you get away with using Najewitz 1:72 Modern North Africa buildings with either 28mm or 15mm miniatures?

I know, I know, the easy answer is to just play with 20mm miniatures but I'va already bought too many 28- and 15mm miniatures! (A quite common "problem" actually... )
