RCAF Mustang KH661

Got to sit in a flying one this afternoon. Don't know how the pilots fought in these, honestly. Very tight and small. Not much headroom. Would have felt horrible to have something behind you, shooting, and would have been even worse to think about getting out if need be!

Probably not the most relevant to miniatures adventures, but I had an awesome afternoon  o_o

How they fought in one? "Bravely" seems to be the best answer I can come up with.

Nice experience Grant. I'm envious ;-)

It was really a once in a lifetime chance. A chance conversation, because the plane leaves Calgary tomorrow, so unless I wanted to get out to Gatineau, this was it.
Of course, if I make it to Gatineau, I can get a flight in a Tiger Moth, apparently  :-*
