Howdy, all!
Just wanted to let you know I have a blog set up called Hades County. It's my own setting for a Gutshot campaign I've been running.

http://countyofhades.blogspot.com/

It includes LOTS of background information (history, gangs and characters with stats for Gutshot), a few battle reports and some decent photos.
You're all welcome to come take a gander. If you don't play Gutshot, I hope it at least you are entertained by the site. Feel free to borrow elements of the background info for your own games and campaigns, if you so desire (except if you plan on publishing something from the info- then get in touch with me first.)
Note: I do all my old west in 40mm.

If you're interested in how I painted or put stuff together, you won't find it at the Hades County blog, but you CAN find it at my painting blog: http://carmensminiaturepainting.blogspot.com/

Thanks for reading my shameless self-promotion! :)

I have only taken a brief look at the Hades County blog, but I intend to come back when I can stay longer.  I posted the link to it to my local gamers forum on our LOTOW thread; I think a lot of my friends will enjoy your blog!  Nice job!

Fantastic job!  I am not going to get into another scale but those 40mm look cool

Howdy EC!

Great blog and one I'll return to again. I like Gutshot a lot but  can never decide whether to use it or LOTOW for my gunfights  :?

I like the modelling and painting of your town and figures and the photography is very well done, too.

Cheers,
Ian

Very nicely done.  Nice minis and terrain everything you could ever want for a wargame.

I like it and I like these 40mm minaitures, lovely painting, sir! I've bought some of them years ago but unfortunately never found enough inspiration to paint them up.

It's great to have the pictures of the town of Shed - I've seen the pictures of the buildings in your other blog, but seeing them in their natural environment really sets them off. Excellent work!

Spend a lot of time in Hades County yesterday, like it very much! I'm a 28mm man, but your figures and other work is highly creativ and inspirational. The sawmill is the grand highlight!  :o :-*
