I have been painting fantasy things since the summer, and travelling a lot, so this is the only medieval item that I have done since the game started.
Now I have taken the photo, I can see that I have a few touch ups to do (womans chin, sacks, ox horns), but if I wait until that is done, I may be too late to make the 200.
So here it is as a WIP.

Love the detail on the standard bearer :-*. Carrying on to 2000 would be good.

Yes, it's plain to see my next SAGA warband will never make it under the wire. At least the Normans made a respectable showing. I'm all for going for another batch of 200 and perhaps another color badge?.... We are getting badges aren't we? Waaaa! :'( I want mee little badge!!!  lol

Great to see the tread has and still is attracting more contributors! I get ideas and new inspiration from every entry :)

Did you use the metallic method you mentioned before on this one also?  Very nice effect.  Do you do this first and then paint he rest of the details?
