I just had a visual of Tony Reidy face planting into a mountain of coke Scarface style grabbing his little hardsuit prototype and crying "say hello to my leetle fren!"

I think the lesson the backers should be taking on is very different to what they are thinking though.

This would be my harsh call on this whole thing. If you lost money on this it's because you invested in a venture capital deal without doing any independent research or ignoring what it was telling you if you did.

For those that think they will get a better restitution than what is being offered are still in denial.

Tony is playing the system the way its designed to be played an will get away with it.

I think you'll find Howard cut his ties to Reidy quite a while ago.

Well if he is being pursued for personal bankrupcty then that's probably better than going to court on criminal charges.

Despite the savage hate which tony has created in the world of toy soldiers, his crimes are not that great in the big scheme of things so he would probably only do a couple of months. Personal Banckruptcy could be a much greater penalty and is very restrictive.

Said it before but I suspect his greatest torment would appear to be the  success of Wargames Factory since his departure.
